SnapDance Surprise Mode: Staff Take the Photos, the Big Screen Reveals the Dances

Surprise Mode replaces the QR-code, self-serve flow with a staff-run one. There are no QR codes and no guest sign-up: the event's own team walks the room with a single iPhone and photographs attendees directly.

Photos go up to SnapDance in one batch, whenever staff are ready. SnapDance then auto-assigns each guest a dance automatically, with no manual picking required for any individual photo.

The videos roll out together on the main screen as a coordinated reveal, a moment the whole room shares at once. Every video also lands in the event gallery afterward, so guests can claim and share their own.
