Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your SnapDance account and all associated data. You don't need to be signed in to submit this request: just provide the email tied to your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, avatar, TikTok handle)
- All videos you've generated, including those saved to My Videos
- Any videos you submitted to the Community Gallery
- Any dance templates you published as a Creator
- Saved selfies, payment metadata, and royalty/referral history
- Linked third-party account associations (TikTok, Google, Apple)
What happens next
Once we receive your request:
- Nothing is removed straight away. Your request sits in a cancellation window first, and we send you the exact date you have until. Change your mind before then and nothing happens.
- We verify the request from the email you provide below (we may reply asking you to confirm).
- Account and all listed data are removed within 14 days.
- If you are on the free plan, dances of yours that are already published in the Community Gallery stay there after your account goes. They are no longer linked to you or to any way of contacting you. If you want one taken down as well, use content deletion, and say so in the note below.
- Aggregated analytics (e.g. generation counts with no personal identifiers) may be retained, and financial records required by law (tax/audit trail) are kept for the legally mandated period.
