Creator Agreement

Read carefully before joining the SnapDance creator program

SnapDance pays creators a flat rate per paid generation of their templates: $0.20 per run at Creator tier and $0.40 per run at Super Creator tier. Only paid generations count toward earnings — free runs consumed as part of a user's free trial are not included in paid runs. Creators who refer new paid users also earn 20% of the referred user's subscription for 3 months. Tier eligibility is based on monthly posts and new paid users referred — see the tier requirements above. Rates and tier thresholds may be updated with notice.

$100 minimum. Paid on the last day of the month upon request ("Pay Me") — e.g., hit $100 on the 4th → paid on the 31st. Unrequested balances carry over. Fees/exchange rates may apply.

You retain ownership of your original dance content. By uploading a template, you grant SnapDance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display that content within the platform and in promotional materials.

All submitted templates must comply with SnapDance's content policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights to the music, choreography, likenesses, and any other content in your templates — including licenses, clearances, and releases from anyone who appears in or contributed to the work. Templates containing inappropriate content, copyrighted material used without a valid license, or content violating third-party rights will be rejected or removed, and repeated violations may result in account suspension. You agree to indemnify and hold SnapDance harmless from any claims, damages, fees, or legal action arising from your submitted content — including copyright infringement, publicity-rights disputes, or any other third-party claim.

SnapDance reserves the right to suspend or terminate a creator account for violations of these terms. Any unpaid balance at the time of suspension will be forfeited if the account is terminated for cause.

SnapDance may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
